Auto Damage Trainee – Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze vehicle damage

• Calculate repair cost estimates for vehicles

• Negotiate fair settlements

• Collaborate with body shops, rental agencies, and parts suppliers

• Consult with involved parties and examine insurance policies

• Inspect vehicles and prepare estimates

• Oversee rental vehicle management

• Address and resolve customer issues

• Enhance customer satisfaction through meaningful engagement

• Successfully complete the paid trainee program and practical field training

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred

• Background in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals is preferred

• Active Adjuster's license is preferred

• A High School Diploma or GED is required

• A valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting criteria is required

• Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and empathy

• Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across various platforms

• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is necessary

• Completion of mandatory hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility and field training center is required
