Auto Claims Adjuster – Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and resolve auto claims under moderate supervision, emphasizing coverage, liability, and damages.

• Apply sound judgment to assess exposure and determine the optimal course of action.

• Reduce claims costs and expenses while ensuring a positive experience for policyholders.

• Engage extensively with various parties involved in the claims process.

• Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Accurately document and communicate claims activity to facilitate smooth resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in personal auto claims processing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in the use of technology.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful with a practical mindset.

• Proven expertise in coverage analysis and negotiation.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
