Auto Body Paint Technician – Experienced

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Travel to client locations to execute high-quality minor automotive reconditioning tasks, ranging from paint touch-ups to comprehensive surface repairs.

• Utilize advanced spray equipment and established techniques.

• Prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces effectively.

• Operate independently at partner venues such as dealerships, rental services, and auctions.

• Provide swift and flawless results that surpass expectations.

• Manage your workday autonomously without the need for micromanagement.

• Collaborate with a supportive team and an energetic crew.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in collision repair or bodywork.

• Exceptional attention to detail and color precision.

• Self-driven, resilient, and possess a strong work ethic.

• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Excellent communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.

• Physical capacity to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.

• Willingness to wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a respirator.

• Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment evaluations relevant to the position, which may involve a physical examination, vision assessment, background investigation, and drug screening.
