Auto Body Paint Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Travel to customer locations to carry out high-quality minor automotive reconditioning tasks, ranging from paint touch-ups to comprehensive surface repairs.

• Utilize advanced spray equipment and established techniques.

• Prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces effectively.

• Operate independently at various sites including dealerships, rental agencies, auctions, and other partner venues.

• Provide swift, impeccable results that surpass customer expectations.

• Function as an independent, mobile technician overseeing daily tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in collision repair or bodywork.

• Exceptional attention to detail and color precision.

• Self-driven, resilient, and possess a strong work ethic.

• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Physical capability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Willingness to travel to customer and partner sites.

• Proficiency in using advanced spray equipment and executing automotive paint repairs.

• Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a respirator, in line with NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards.

• Must undergo applicable post-offer, pre-employment screenings, which may encompass physical examinations, vision assessments, background checks, and drug tests.
