📋 Description

• Conduct investigations to verify the details of automobile accident losses.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within the established authority limits.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to auto claims effectively.

• Analyze coverage details and evaluate liability concerns.

• Review damages and negotiate equitable settlements.

• Manage basic investigations related to auto claim coverage, liability, and damages.

• Identify customer needs and deliver suitable customer service.

• Collaborate to evaluate subrogation or fraud potential and determine the appropriate handling approach.

• Recognize and identify vehicle body components and possible property damage.

• Operate independently without the need for supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

• The employer does not provide sponsorship for work visas.

• Applicants currently holding an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not maintain outside appointments during employment.

• Individuals with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when directed by the licensing team.

• A dedicated, private workspace that is free from distractions is required.

• An appropriate desk and seating arrangement for remote work is necessary.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is essential.

• Experience in managing a variety of claim complexities is preferred.

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities are required.

• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

• Basic knowledge of insurance policies, the insurance sector, and company systems and technology is needed.
