Auto Adjuster Analyst

📋 Description

• Evaluate VSC mechanical claims in accordance with defined quality and time standards.

• Assess repair estimates for vehicle breakdowns.

• Confirm coverage eligibility and ascertain whether repairs are encompassed by customers’ Vehicle Service Contracts.

• Negotiate and resolve basic claims and occasionally those that are moderately complex.

• Conduct investigations on claim files, examine damage, capture photographs, and assess reparability or total loss.

• Create damage estimates and source necessary parts.

• Record claim files with notes, assessments, and the decision-making process.

• Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.

• Operate independently without supervisory responsibilities.

• Entry-level resource for adjudicating VSC mechanical claims.

• Strong background in automotive or mechanical fields.

• Proficient in evaluating vehicle repairs and estimates.

• Reside in a state within the Eastern or Central time zone.

• Background check required.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

• Dedicated and private workspace free from distractions, equipped with suitable desk and seating for remote work.
