Autism Psychology Fellow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical services, focusing on the evaluation of children and adolescents referred for potential Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

• Create telehealth-based assessments for residents in the rural and underserved areas of Hawaiʻi.

• Serve as a clinical faculty member and clinical supervisor for the Pili Ola Behavioral Health Training Program.

• Assist in monitoring and reporting outcomes to funding agencies.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical psychology from an accredited institution or an equivalent qualification.

• Eligibility for licensure to practice in the state of Hawaiʻi.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with fellow faculty members, researchers, biostatisticians, students, and/or assistants.

• Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in assessing children and adolescents.

• One (1) year of experience in implementing culturally relevant interventions with Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander populations.

• Experience working with diverse ethnic groups (preferred).

• Proven ability to teach behavioral health students (preferred).

• Two or more years of experience working with Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities (preferred).

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proficient in utilizing various forms of information and communication technology.
