AUKUS Sustainment Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of authority-gated transition processes.

• Integrate sustainment and SSN readiness initiatives at Collins.

• Monitor interrelated dependencies, which include workforce, regulatory, industrial, and scheduling factors.

• Ensure that transition activities uphold operational stability.

• Facilitate cross-division reporting and integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in program integration, transition management, or complex system coordination.

• Background in supporting submarine sustainment programs, preferably with US SSN/VCS.

• Demonstrated capability in managing cross-functional dependencies such as workforce, scheduling, regulatory, and industrial aspects.

• Excellent stakeholder coordination abilities across governmental, industrial, and military sectors.

• Experience in maintaining operations during significant transformation or transition initiatives.

• Must possess an Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance obtained within the last 2 years.

• 8 years of relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or a High School Diploma or equivalent plus 12 years of relevant progressive experience.

• Preferred: Experience with AUKUS, submarine transitions, or new enterprise establishment initiatives.

• Preferred: Knowledge in program controls, risk management, or enterprise reporting.

• Preferred: Experience in multinational defense collaboration environments.

• Strongly preferred: Current Active Secret (or above) Security Clearance.

• May need to visit job sites in industrial or shipboard settings.

• Typically, not required to lift more than 40 pounds above three feet from the floor.
