AUKUS Sustainment Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of authority-gated transitions.

• Integrate Collins sustainment and SSN readiness initiatives.

• Monitor interrelated dependencies related to workforce, regulatory, industrial, and scheduling issues.

• Ensure that transition activities uphold operational stability.

• Facilitate reporting and integration efforts across divisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in program integration, transition management, or coordination of complex systems.

• Background in supporting submarine sustainment programs, preferably with US SSN/VCS.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee cross-functional dependencies involving workforce, scheduling, regulatory, and industrial sectors.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder coordination across governmental, industrial, and military organizations.

• Experience in maintaining operations during significant transformation or transition initiatives.

• Must possess an Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance within the last two years.

• 8 years of relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related area; or 6 years of relevant progressive experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent with 12 years of relevant progressive experience.

• Preferred: Experience with AUKUS, submarine transitions, or new enterprise establishment efforts.

• Preferred: Knowledge in program controls, risk management, or enterprise reporting.

• Preferred: Familiarity with multinational defense collaboration environments.

• Strongly preferred: Current Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance.

• May be required to visit job sites in industrial or shipboard settings.

• Typically, not needed to lift more than 40 pounds above three feet from the floor.
