• Collaborate closely with clients

• Acquire practical experience as an audit or tax professional in a mid-sized firm

• Receive constructive feedback from supervisors

• Engage in a two-week training and development program prior to the initial client interaction

• Benefit from ongoing training in both soft and technical skills

• Take part in the recruitment process, which includes an application review, phone interview, and practice-area/office interview

• Major declared in Accounting

• Progressing towards CPA eligibility

• Actively involved in organizations
