Audit Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of designated audit projects and associated compliance initiatives.

• Gather, transform, analyze, and report audit data to enable informed outcomes and decision-making.

• Aid in documentation reviews, data analysis, audit oversight, and the identification of trends or improvement opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with teams to convey audit findings, provide training, and support Process Improvement Plans.

• Create, assess, and sustain audit tools and data reporting/visualization resources.

• Observe data for significant signals and trends, converting findings into actionable insights.

• Keep up-to-date with audit procedures, regulatory standards, EHR systems, and data extraction tools.

• Collaborate with department leadership and directors to facilitate data management, reporting, and ongoing enhancement.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree is required.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with computer applications is required.

• Proficiency in data extraction from electronic health records and relational databases is necessary.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, are required.

• A moderate understanding of statistical data applications is essential.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and teaching capabilities are required.

• Ability to analyze substantial amounts of data to detect trends is mandatory.
