Audit and Compliance VA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Review and analyze service ticket completion reports.

• Support lead coordinators in distributing leads and conducting follow-ups.

• Oversee and confirm adherence to operational and safety regulations.

• Detect discrepancies or trends in operational processes.

• Compile reports and present audit results to management.

• Engage in ongoing virtual meetings and training sessions with management.

• Assume additional auditing or operational responsibilities as the role develops.

• Participate in phone, Zoom, or GoogleMeet interviews as part of the recruitment process.

• Complete a possible typing assessment during screening or interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in auditing, compliance, administrative, or operational roles (2+ years preferred).

• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Excellent skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritization.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and investigative skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Must be able to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.

• Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

• A dependable microphone and camera.

• Organized and professional home office setup.

• Availability required Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EDT/EST (GMT-5).

• May require availability for a rotating half-day Saturday shift (8:30 AM–12:30 PM EST), approximately once a month or more as necessary.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English with minimal to no grammatical errors.

• Must provide a 2–3 minute video recording or link speaking in English.

• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

• Required background-check documentation must be submitted within two weeks of the start date.
