This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Evaluate customer billing, inventory, and contract information to pinpoint historical disputes and future opportunities for cost reduction and optimization.
• Oversee and manage client data, reporting, and contract requirements; notify the Service Operations Manager of any missing items or access levels.
• Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly audit and optimization reports in line with the company’s standard procedures.
• Keep the audit tracker updated to accurately reflect identified, implemented, achieved, and rejected savings on a monthly basis.
• Assist customers in resolving historical disputes and achieving future cost savings and optimization.
• Monitor and assess the overall client value generated through audit activities across the client portfolio.
• Address and investigate audit escalations within the designated client base.
• Collaborate closely with the Service Operations Manager to ensure alignment with customer objectives and needs.
• Carry out additional assigned tasks, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, mathematics, or a related analytical field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with project participants at all levels within the team.
