Audiologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Collect case history, analyze hearing assessments, and evaluate candidates for hearing aids.

• Establish rapport and gather client information.

• Dispense, fit, and troubleshoot hearing aids through phone or video consultations.

• Educate clients with limited technology experience on utilizing telehealth services.

• Deliver exceptional service to Jabra Hearing clients.

• Collaborate closely with the operations and customer experience teams.

• Report directly to a Remote Audiology Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Audiologist License in good standing.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in dispensing and fitting hearing aids for adult patients.

• Preferably experienced with remote fitting software.

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or a passing Praxis Exam within the last 12 months.

• Availability during weekday business hours for a reliable schedule of client appointments.

• Willingness to participate in rotating weekend coverage.

• Strong and clear communication skills.

• Ability to leverage clinical experience in an innovative service model.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
