Audiologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Collect case history, analyze hearing tests, and assess candidacy for hearing aids.

• Establish rapport and obtain client history.

• Provide, fit, and troubleshoot hearing aids through phone or video consultations.

• Educate clients on the use of telehealth services.

• Utilize clinical expertise and knowledge of hearing aids to enhance client care.

• Collaborate closely with operations and customer experience teams.

• Deliver exceptional service to Jabra Hearing clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid Audiologist License in good standing.

• Over 3 years of experience in dispensing and fitting hearing aids for adult patients.

• Experience with remote fitting software is preferred.

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA, or a passing Praxis Exam within the last 12 months.

• Availability during standard business hours on weekdays.

• Willingness to participate in rotating weekend coverage.

• Strong and effective communication skills.

• Ability to think critically and solve problems.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
