This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering positive public relations.
• Perform thorough diagnostic hearing evaluations.
• Provide reports to referring providers within 48 hours.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Engage in training sessions and contribute to protocol development.
• Offer patient care from the comfort of your home.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology.
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and possess a positive attitude.
• Effective problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must treat colleagues and referring providers with dignity and respect.
• Strong time management capabilities.
• Experience in providing remote services and familiarity with Zoom is advantageous.
