Audio Visual Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the client experience for designated commercial AV clients in the Central Georgia region.

• Act as the main point of contact for commercial AV clients.

• Diagnose and address AV system issues remotely when feasible and on-site as necessary.

• Utilize remote monitoring tools to oversee client systems and proactively detect issues.

• Keep precise client service records and ensure timely submission.

• Guarantee that all client interactions exemplify S&L Integrated's service standards.

• Commit to ongoing learning and enhancement of technical expertise.

• Work a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime for extended on-site assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in AV installation and/or AV service and troubleshooting within a commercial AV integration firm.

• Capability to identify and resolve AV issues involving displays, audio, control systems, networking, and other components.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical problems to non-technical clients.

• Strong self-management abilities.

• A passion for assisting others and a genuine interest in technology.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• A well-equipped home office with reliable internet access.

• Current residency in the Central GA/Atlanta area is required.

• All applicants must agree to a background check and drug screening.

• Must provide documentation verifying the legal right to work in the U.S.

• Experience with service management software is advantageous.

• Familiarity with remote system monitoring tools is preferred.

• Industry certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Q-SYS Level 1, and Dante Level 1 & 2 are desirable.

• A background in a service agreement or client care setting is beneficial.

• Ideally located in the corridor between South Atlanta, GA, and Macon, GA.
