• B2 proficiency in English.

• B2 proficiency in the target language.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in medicine-related fields.

• Professional qualifications (such as Physician, Pharmacist, Nurse practicing certificate, etc.).

• Significant relevant work experience in the medical sector.

• Experience with LLM annotation.

• Excellent listening and typing abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable handling audio and text-based tasks.

• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.

• Capable of following instructions and meeting deadlines.
