This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in a discreet attorney recruitment project for a boutique family law firm located in the Los Angeles region.
• Conduct research to locate attorneys that fit the client's desired profile utilizing resources such as the California State Bar, law firm websites, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Confirm contact details and professional backgrounds while keeping an organized list of potential candidates.
• Target attorneys with pertinent family law experience, especially associates, counsel, and non-owner professionals.
• Execute professional cold calls and email outreach using pre-approved scripts and recruitment materials.
• Present confidential opportunities while ensuring the client's privacy is upheld.
• Address basic inquiries, gauge initial interest, and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct conversations in a professional and respectful manner, documenting candidates who express no interest.
• Maintain a well-organized log of contacted attorneys, outcomes of conversations, and follow-up timelines.
• Reconnect with interested or prospective candidates as necessary.
• Keep the candidate pipeline current.
• Arrange introductory calls between qualified and interested attorneys and the principal.
• Keep precise records of outreach activities and provide straightforward updates on sourcing efforts, interested candidates, and scheduled interviews.
• Relay recurring questions, feedback, or trends observed during outreach to the principal.
• Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, appointment scheduling, recruitment, customer service, or similar client-facing communication roles.
• Exceptional spoken English and professional communication abilities.
• At ease speaking with attorneys, professionals, and other senior-level individuals.
• Confident and articulate when initiating conversations with individuals who may not expect the call.
• Capability to follow a script while ensuring conversations remain natural and engaging.
• Comfortable managing rejection and objections in a professional manner.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules.
• Proficient in conducting online research and verifying contact information.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is preferred.
• Experience in sales development or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with professional or executive-level outreach is preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing or professional networking is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM or candidate-tracking systems is preferred.
• Experience working with attorneys or within the legal field is preferred.
• Background in appointment setting or recruitment outreach is preferred.
