Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Continuous client representation and business development efforts.

• Assisting in the growth of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.

• Creating and establishing effective structures.

• Deploying IT solutions to enhance operations.

• Providing advice and support to companies, investors, founders, and executives on business law matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of pertinent professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience in advising companies during crisis situations.

• Familiarity with insolvency plan proceedings and StaRUG regulations.

• Proven track record in defending managing directors and other corporate officers against liability claims.

• Experience with avoidance actions within insolvency proceedings.

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

• Capability to work independently alongside strong teamwork abilities.

• Exceptional qualifications, particularly with outstanding results in bar examinations.

• Remarkable attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.

• Willingness to travel, involving approximately two two-day trips to Berlin each month.
