This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Continuous client engagement and business development initiatives

• Assisting in the growth of the Restructuring & Insolvency division

• Creating and implementing organizational frameworks

• Deploying IT solutions effectively

• Providing legal advice to companies, investors, founders, and executives on business law issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of pertinent professional experience

• Extensive experience in advising companies facing financial difficulties

• Familiarity with insolvency plan processes and StaRUG regulations

• Proven experience in defending managing directors and executives against liability claims

• Knowledge of insolvency avoidance strategies

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset

• Ability to work autonomously along with strong collaborative skills

• Exceptional qualifications, especially top-tier results in the German state examination (Prädikatsexamina)

• Remarkable attention to detail coupled with a meticulous working approach

• Willingness to travel, including approximately two two-day trips to Berlin each month
