This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create a simulated environment that replicates the live NATO cyber operations management platform across two networks.
• Reconstruct the relationship between Jira and Confluence, including production plugins, operational processes in Jira, and supporting procedures.
• Reproduce low-side workflow tracking from the high side, encompassing hand-over and take-over processes.
• Duplicate dynamically published Confluence pages, the publishing of Jira issue changes, and dynamic page templates for scaffolding and reporting purposes.
• Load adequate mock data to ensure every process can operate at least ten times without record duplication.
• Transform the mock-up into both functional and non-functional requirements formatted according to NATO AQAP standards.
• Identify the data that needs to be migrated to a replacement capability.
• Create requirements in Confluence and provide them as a Word document.
• Record a walkthrough that introduces the platform and covers each requirement with timecodes.
• Host the walkthrough video for the duration of the contract plus an additional two months.
• Present the mock-up online during an industry engagement day and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure that the demonstration environment is functional on the live demo day.
• At least five years of experience in Atlassian Jira Data Center administration.
• A minimum of five years in Confluence Data Center administration.
• Strong comprehension of the internals of Jira and Confluence, including database-level insights.
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and ScriptRunner.
• Exceptional Bash and Python scripting skills for automation and customization.
• Experience in deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Practical knowledge of dynamic content management and integration between Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in managing metadata across Confluence, Office, PDF documents, and SharePoint.
• Experience in managing Linux servers, preferably Red Hat.
• A valid security clearance is required.
• Must be a citizen of a NATO member country.
• Native English speaker or possess STANAG 6001 speaking level 4 for video narration.
• Capability to deliver video at a minimum resolution of 1920x1080 using H.264/AVC with audio at 44 kHz or better.
• Previous experience on this platform is a significant advantage.
• Work remotely from the contractor's own facilities.
• Engage in a four-month contract.
• Opportunity to contribute to a NATO cyber operations management platform.
• Video hosting costs covered during the contract and for an additional two months.
