This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop a functional prototype of a NATO cyber operations management platform spanning two networks.
• Replicate the relationship between Jira and Confluence, including production-instance plugins, Jira workflows, and related operational processes.
• Emulate low-side workflow tracking from the high side, incorporating hand-over and take-over mechanisms.
• Create dynamically published Confluence wiki pages and dynamic templates for scaffolding and reporting purposes.
• Populate the system with adequate mock data to execute every process a minimum of ten times without reusing any records.
• Document both functional and non-functional requirements in a format that complies with NATO AQAP standards.
• Determine data that will need to be transferred to a replacement capability.
• Compose requirements in Confluence and present them as a Word document.
• Generate a narrated video walkthrough of the platform that addresses each requirement and includes its corresponding timecode.
• Host the video throughout the contract duration plus an additional two months.
• Demonstrate the mock-up during an online industry engagement day, respond to inquiries, and ensure the environment is fully operational.
• Complete the mock-up environment within 60 days of the contract award, followed by the requirements document, video, and live demonstration.
• At least five years of experience in Atlassian Jira Data Center administration.
• A minimum of five years in Confluence Data Center administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Jira and Confluence internals, including database-level operations.
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and ScriptRunner.
• Strong skills in Bash and Python scripting for automation and customization.
• Experience in deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Practical experience with dynamic content management and integration between Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in managing metadata across Confluence, Office, PDF documents, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Linux server management, preferably Red Hat.
• Possession of a valid security clearance.
• Citizenship of a NATO member nation.
• Native English speaker or STANAG 6001 speaking level 4 for the narrated video.
• Prior experience with the platform itself is a significant advantage.
• Fully remote work at the contractor's own facilities.
• Four-month contract duration.
