This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide Claro Postpaid services as a commercial advisor.

• Assist and guide customers effectively.

• Conduct commercial operations remotely from home.

• Work within the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Enjoy a fixed day off on Sundays.

• Manage operations for MDY Customer Experience, a telecommunications BPO company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.

• Completed secondary education.

• Experience in sales is not mandatory.

• Strong commercial skills and customer-oriented approach.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Must have Windows 11 Pro, Enterprise, or Workstation.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection (Ethernet), no Wi-Fi allowed.

• Updated processor is required.
