This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support as a customer service advisor.

• Work from home in a fully remote setup.

• Adhere to shifts from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.

• Participate in training sessions during the afternoon shift.

• Manage calls or provide service during full-time, semi-full, or part-time schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age.

• Valid identification document (DNI).

• Minimum of 3 months of experience.

• Strong communication skills.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Completed secondary education.
