📋 Description

• Provide customer service from home during the afternoon shift

• Engage in training using a laptop or PC

• Deliver customer support and help create special experiences

• Integrate human agents and AI to connect businesses with their customers

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work 100% remotely

• A laptop or PC is required for training

• Wired internet connection with a speed greater than 30mb

• Full-time afternoon schedule

• Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and a willingness to learn

• Professional experience: less than 1 year
