• Address and manage customer inquiries.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• A laptop or PC is required for training.

• Wired internet connection with a speed greater than 30 Mbps.

• Availability to work full-time during afternoon shifts.

• Proactive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.

• Professional experience: less than 1 year.
