This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries as a Customer Service Advisor

• Work remotely

• Conduct in-person training and OJT

• Available to work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating day off each week

• Integrate human agents and AI to craft unique experiences for customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older (with valid ID)

• No prior experience is necessary!

• Willingness to participate in in-person training and OJT

• Rotating day off each week

• Completed Secondary Education

• Availability to work during remote management hours from Monday to Sunday, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (11am to 8pm/12pm to 9pm)
