ATC / Soporte Técnico, Lima y provincia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers for home services: Cable, Internet, and Telephone.

• Address inquiries, complaints, and questions related to billing.

• Deliver prompt and friendly customer service.

• Participate in paid training sessions.

• Work remotely from home.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Call Center, properly validated.

• Completion of Secondary Education.

• Must have a personal PC or laptop.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Headset (headphones with microphone) required.

• Availability for rotating schedules.

• Open to applicants from Lima and other provinces; not applicable for northern provinces.
