This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients utilizing Workday Finance
• Define, estimate, plan, and manage client project deliverables and timelines
• Ensure successful project execution in collaboration with consultants and/or project managers
• Lead, instruct, guide, and mentor team members to facilitate timely and high-quality project delivery
• Cultivate strong client relationships and establish Kognitiv as a key business partner
• Assess, support, and enhance client satisfaction, including proactive escalation management
• Relay escalations to leadership
• Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global clientele
• Design, configure, test, and launch business requirements across Workday Financials
• Assist management in monitoring consultant performance, providing feedback, training, and fostering retention and engagement
• Contribute to the knowledge management repository through Q&A, documented deliverables, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best practices postings
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Achieve role-specific KPIs, including utilization metrics, service-level agreements, and customer satisfaction ratings
• Execute tasks promptly and precisely in a dynamic environment

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Workday Finance in customer-facing roles such as consulting or project/program management
• Comprehensive understanding of Workday Core Financials, Security, and Reporting
• Experience with at least one additional Workday module: Procurement, Suppliers, Expenses, Projects, FDM/Financial Accounting with Advanced Financial Reporting, Customers and Customer Billing, Education and Government, Prism, or BIRT
• Capability to engage effectively on multiple concurrent projects of varying sizes in both supporting and leadership capacities
• Proven dedication to exceptional client satisfaction and a strong client-centric approach
• Expertise in project management methodologies, change management principles, tools, and best practices
• Background in implementing business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and organize independent work to guarantee timeliness and quality
• Proficient in managing timelines, deadlines, and goals for oneself and teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Skill in articulating clearly and building relationships across distributed teams, clients, and various time zones
• Capability to engage with and influence individuals at all organizational levels, from individual contributors to C-Suite executives
• Willingness and desire to manage, develop, and coach global teams in a remote work setting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes
• Willingness to meet travel requirements of less than 5% annually
• Must possess work authorization in the application country that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship
