Associate – Trust & Safety, Tamil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assess and moderate audio, video, and chat interactions in alignment with platform guidelines.

• Detect, flag, and report inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content.

• Ensure the consistent application of community standards and moderation policies.

• Review recorded conversations to uphold quality and compliance standards.

• Keep precise moderation records and assist in the compilation of periodic reports.

• Communicate with users and hosts to elucidate platform policies as necessary.

• Stay informed about the evolving moderation guidelines and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with the Trust & Safety team to uphold platform integrity and foster user trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Previous experience in content moderation, community moderation, or a related role is preferred.

• Solid understanding of community guidelines and platform safety standards.

• Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Tamil & English (mandatory: read, write, and speak).

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and general computer operations.

• Ability to manage sensitive content in a professional and composed manner.

• High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in Trust & Safety operations.

• Familiarity with social, audio, or video-based community platforms.

• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume moderation environment.
