Associate, Trust & Safety, Bengali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Review and moderate audio, video, and chat interactions in accordance with platform guidelines.

• Identify, flag, and escalate content that is inappropriate, harmful, or violates policies.

• Ensure the consistent application of community standards and moderation policies.

• Conduct audits of recorded conversations to uphold quality and compliance standards.

• Maintain precise moderation records and assist in the creation of periodic reports.

• Engage with users and hosts to clarify platform policies when necessary.

• Stay informed about evolving moderation guidelines and safety protocols.

• Support the Trust & Safety team in preserving platform integrity and fostering user trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Prior experience in content moderation, community moderation, or a related role is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of community guidelines and platform safety standards.

• Excellent decision-making and analytical abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Bengali and English (mandatory - reading, writing, and speaking).

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and general computer operations.

• Capability to handle sensitive content professionally and with composure.

• High attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Experience in Trust & Safety operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with social, audio, or video-based community platforms is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills are preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume moderation setting is preferred.
