Associate Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee standard configurations, custom development, and data migration aspects of Salesforce implementations.

• Create and execute implementations for clients based on architect-designed solutions.

• Comprehend project requirements and troubleshoot technical implementation challenges.

• Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to assist in client implementations.

• Operate within an agile and cooperative environment adhering to Salesforce methodologies.

• Work remotely while engaging with global teams for delivery across various regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of any programming language; JavaScript, Java, and Apex are preferred.

• Basic skills in front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); experience with LWC is an advantage.

• Basic familiarity with a version control system; Git is preferred.

• Understanding of branching models; Git Flow is preferred.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic comprehension of REST and SOAP API.

• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with Salesforce settings and tools, such as Lightning App Builder and Flow, is a plus.

• Salesforce Associate Certified/Admin and recognition as a Ranger in Trailhead is an advantage.

• Proficiency in spoken English and Spanish is essential.

• Strong communication, empathy, organization, planning, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
