This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.
• Act as the technical lead for designated accounts within the entire PAR product range.
• Establish trusted partnerships with customer architects, IT teams, and operations stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop account plans and drive the technical narrative during QBRs.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation that includes integration maps, active workstreams, open tickets, and escalation statuses.
• Manage integration workstreams for mid-complexity accounts and document relevant configurations.
• Design, implement, and oversee scalable, secure, observable, and supportable integrations across the PAR ecosystem.
• Utilize Postman for managing collections, environments, automated testing, monitoring, and documentation.
• Implement pre-launch quality gates and perform readiness assessments prior to major campaigns or go-lives.
• Create operator-ready runbooks, SOPs, smoke tests, and rollback strategies.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through technical assessments, document findings in CRM, and collaborate with CSMs and Sales.
• Contribute technical insights to cross-sell discussions based on the customer's technical landscape and identified gaps.
• Manage escalations with Product and Engineering, suggest workarounds, and ensure resolution with defined ownership and timelines.
• Collaborate with Support for seamless handoffs, root-cause analysis documentation, and updates to playbooks.
• Keep work items and tickets updated weekly, highlighting moved, blocked, and next steps.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration within B2B SaaS or restaurant technology.
• Experience in restaurant technology (hardware and/or software), hospitality SaaS, or a similar enterprise technical setting is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in API and integration.
• Proficient in Postman, including Collections, Environments, test scripts, Monitors, and documentation.
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Awareness of CI/CD practices and observability principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar ticketing and documentation platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as JavaScript/Node or Python, is a significant advantage.
• Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and/or equity as applicable.
