Associate Supervisor, Invoicing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop Invoicing Analysts to meet departmental objectives.

• Collaborate with management to balance workloads, ensuring fair distribution and timely completion of tasks.

• Act as the primary escalation contact for complex billing and invoicing challenges.

• Oversee team productivity, quality, and service levels while providing continuous feedback.

• Foster accountability for both individual and team performance.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Accounts Receivable, and other internal partners to address invoicing obstacles.

• Track aging orders and ensure prompt resolution of any outstanding issues.

• Analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Support the training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.

• Continuously enhance processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Promote timely revenue recognition through operational excellence.

• Previous experience in leading or mentoring employees is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of order management, invoicing, billing, or revenue operations.

• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
