This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver routine operational assistance for Employee Stock Plan Services utilizing the ESPS platform.
• Aid in the administration, accounting, and reporting of equity compensation plans, encompassing stock options, RSUs, ESPPs, and cap table equity management.
• Record, monitor, and update service requests within the case/ticketing system.
• Conduct data entry and upkeep in the ESPS platform, including participant updates, award/transaction uploads, release pre-processing, and adjustments to plan parameters.
• Generate standard reports and disseminate outputs in accordance with established client procedures.
• Assist with routine transaction and report reconciliations, and escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Create and maintain both client-facing and internal documentation.
• Provide support during period-end by gathering inputs, ensuring completeness, and confirming delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, and other internal teams to address standard processing issues.
• Engage in continuous training on equity compensation principles, plan operations, and ESPS functionalities.
• Adhere to established controls, procedures, and service standards to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution.
• High School Diploma.
• 0–1 years of experience in the financial services or compensation sector.
• Keen attention to detail and the capability to consistently follow documented procedures.
• Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and system workflows; ability to learn new software tools quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client service.
• Capacity to manage routine tasks, meet deadlines, and keep organized work records.
• Ability to identify problems, document observations, and escalate issues appropriately.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required upon hiring.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
