This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.
• Assist in managing the administration of outgoing programmatic and operational agreements for the Great Plains and Native Nations Conservation programs.
• Provide support to Financial Leads and Program staff throughout the agreement process.
• Coordinate the issuance of agreements, track project deliverables, manage recipient payments, handle Workday journal entries, and facilitate agreement closeout.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial, contractual, and administrative information within SmartSimple, Workday, SharePoint, and AirTable.
• Aid in pre-agreement preparation by gathering and evaluating recipient and tax documents.
• Establish and update partner records in SmartSimple while troubleshooting system integration issues.
• Assist in the development of Scope of Work and Budgets, as well as in the utilization of the agreement system.
• Draft agreements while incorporating relevant Prime Donor provisions.
• Prepare documentation, route agreements for internal review, obtain signatures, and distribute finalized documents.
• Process and monitor outgoing agreement payments, reconcile receipts and expense reports, and oversee advances.
• Support compliance monitoring, issue reminders for deliverables, and handle Workday journal entries.
• Close agreements in accordance with WWF policies and procedures.
• Maintain agreement information and files across various systems.
• Monitor reporting requirements and project deadlines, routing reports for review as necessary.
• Ensure agreement-lifecycle accounting complies with FASB guidelines.
• Provide weekly status updates to the Operations team.
• Assist with daily administrative operations and special projects.
• Coordinate communication and resolve issues across departments and with external partners.
• Track and analyze data related to the Great Plains fleet vehicles and address inconsistencies.
• Perform additional assigned duties.
• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of experience, or a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• A solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including FASB accounting.
• Familiarity with U.S. Government-funded projects is highly desirable.
• Experience in working with Native Nations and/or rural communities is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work under time constraints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A customer service orientation, with collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a matrixed team environment.
• Proven proficiency in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AirTable, Workday, and SmartSimple.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Completion of employment eligibility verification is required upon hire.
