Associate Solutions Engineer, Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Install, configure, validate, and dismantle Evolv systems for temporary rental events.

• Implement both small-scale and large multi-system event deployments within tight timelines.

• Work collaboratively with venue operators, security directors, public safety agencies, and law enforcement partners on CONOPS and screening strategies.

• Assist in determining system placement, ingress workflows, staffing models, and operational plans.

• Provide training for venue security staff, event operations teams, volunteers, seasonal staff, partners, and operators.

• Deliver on-site go-live support from load-in through doors-open and during live operations.

• Troubleshoot routine installation, configuration, connectivity, and setup challenges.

• Conduct site surveys and assist in pre-event planning and presales activities.

• Complete pre- and post-event surveys, quality assurance checklists, and handoffs.

• Coordinate equipment allocation, event logistics, load-in/load-out schedules, and deployment timelines.

• Act as onsite lead for major temporary rental deployments as capabilities develop.

• Represent Evolv in a professional manner and demonstrate product value through reliable setup, training, and event-day support.

• Report to the Operations Manager of the Rental team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively, with up to 80% of time spent on the road.

• Availability to work regular weekends and some evenings.

• Capability to lift and position proprietary equipment using safety gear and trained techniques.

• Proficient in performing onloading/offloading from trucks, utilizing liftgates, and rolling systems into venue placements.

• Ability to stand and carry out physically demanding tasks for extended durations.

• Capacity to work event shifts lasting 12–15 hours, including meal and rest breaks.

• Maintain professional certifications for Evolv Express and Expedite systems.

• Competence in resolving basic out-of-the-box issues during installation and configuration.

• Availability to work in a field-based role at venues throughout the United States.

• Preference for candidates located near major airport hubs.

• Must complete Form I-9; Evolv participates in E-Verify for all employees.
