Associate Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist Account Executives by serving as a technical resource during the pre-sales process for SMB opportunities.

• Identify and document the technical and product needs of prospects.

• Create solution and integration documentation tailored for potential clients.

• Conduct structured product demonstrations customized for SMB scenarios.

• Address standard technical inquiries and implementation-related questions.

• Elevate non-standard or complex requirements when necessary.

• Ensure that prospects are well-prepared for a successful onboarding experience.

• Connect business and technical needs with the capabilities of impact.com.

• Design solutions and promote technical alignment.

• Clearly communicate technical implementation requirements throughout the sales process.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• 1–3 years of experience in a technology-oriented role within a SaaS or digital marketing organization.

• Basic understanding of APIs, JavaScript, and marketing technology platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to lead structured technical discussions with clients within a defined scope.

• Strong organizational abilities and documentation skills.

• Experience in a pre-sales or client-facing technical position is preferred.

• Knowledge of the affiliate or digital marketing industry is preferred.
