Associate Solutions Architect – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist in delivering contracted services to clients.

• Evaluate discovery sessions to grasp business needs and requirements.

• Duplicate standardized solution designs on the Workiva Platform.

• Engage with clients and aid in standardized solution delivery.

• Enhance understanding of financial, risk, or operational reporting utilizing the Workiva platform.

• Configure and implement technical systems, applications, or process designs.

• Manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users.

• Test and troubleshoot installed systems.

• Identify and document technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams.

• Provide client-experience insights to product and professional services teams.

• Collaborate with teams and foster internal working relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.

• An advanced degree may be accepted in place of professional experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related sector.

• Familiarity with enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions along with related technology platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications.

• Comfort with complex spreadsheet formulas or SQL is preferred.

• Capability to present topics clearly and concisely.

• Openness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings.

• Must complete comprehensive security and privacy training specific to the role.
