Associate Solution Engineer – SaaS Conversions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with CAMs and clients to evaluate the scope, risks, and preparedness for SaaS migration.

• Engage in discussions and assessments of potential SaaS conversion opportunities, outlining scope, strategy, and subsequent steps.

• Enable customers to utilize the Analyzer and analyze results to pinpoint potential risk areas.

• Partner with CAMs and Consulting teams to assist in creating Statements of Work.

• Lead the gathering of CSG and TSG data and confirm cloud compatibility.

• Ensure a seamless and informative transfer of relevant information to Consulting for SaaS projects.

• Articulate the SaaS conversion process during customer interactions and other engagements.

• Evaluate relevant tools and alternative methods to promote SaaS readiness.

• Collaborate with internal SaaS stakeholders to identify, communicate, and address risk areas.

• Aid initiatives aimed at enhancing SaaS conversion adoption with Manufacturing leadership and the Center of Excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of presales experience in the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, particularly with Kinetic.

• Experience as an ERP Administrator or power user in the Kinetic environment.

• Familiarity with Kinetic Cloud and/or other Cloud solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with Kinetic Customization, BPMs, Application Studio, BAQs, Dashboards, and other Kinetic toolsets for integration and reporting.

• Background in supporting both direct and channel sales.

• Proven experience in delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.

• Over 1 year of relevant experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in Manufacturing.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
