Associate SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Implement the Rocket Clicks strategies tailored for the specific client industry.

• Ensure that account execution adheres to the company's First Principles methodology.

• Analyze performance metrics for monthly and quarterly reports.

• Carry out SEO tasks within the framework of weekly sprint planning.

• Update websites via CMS or direct code modifications.

• Collaborate with design and editorial partners to ensure marketing campaigns utilize the most effective content.

• Conduct regular technical SEO health assessments for web properties to maintain site compliance.

• Set up and verify conversion tracking to meet reporting and measurement requirements.

• Participate in internal virtual client meetings for better task understanding and clarity.

• Perform audits on client and prospective accounts using the provided framework to uncover growth opportunities.

• Utilize generative AI to create search-optimized content for client websites.

• Conduct research to support marketing strategies and initiatives.

• Attend and engage in internal sprint meetings and strategy discussions.

• Prioritize essential tasks and seek efficiencies through automation and delegation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in professional services organizations.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in SEO.

• Previous agency experience is highly advantageous.

• Strong willingness to grow and learn, with a high level of coachability.

• Technically proficient, able to quickly grasp how systems operate and interact.

• Maintains a high standard of excellence, seldom submitting work with errors.

• Demonstrated collaborative work experience as part of SEO teams.

• Understanding of digital customer acquisition strategies.

• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress and HubSpot.

• Proficient in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.

• Capable of reporting against established performance metrics.
