This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Integrate the HUGO™ RAS-system within hospital settings.

• Engage with robotic program stakeholders to define program objectives and metrics.

• Facilitate regular program review meetings.

• Create training plans for surgeons and organize Medtronic off-site training sessions.

• Coordinate proctored cases as necessary following training.

• Formulate training plans for staff and assist them throughout their learning process.

• Participate in cases during the learning sessions for both surgeons and staff.

• Employ change management strategies to involve clinical stakeholders and secure their commitment.

• Guide hospital personnel to enhance skill transfer and achieve operational self-sufficiency.

• Collaborate with Medtronic field service engineers and hospital teams to prepare operating rooms.

• Monitor milestones that showcase the value provided to pilot sites.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the country, exceeding 75% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree with no prior clinical, sales, or related experience required.

• Candidates should live within 50 miles of the designated territory.

• Must be able to travel frequently to customer locations.

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required at the time of hire and throughout employment.

• Understanding and experience with operating rooms and surgical procedures.

• Proven capability to progress from idea generation and strategic planning to thorough execution and delivery of results.

• Familiarity with quality and regulatory standards.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Ability to integrate a customer team and coach them towards continual performance improvement.

• Experience in change management and process enhancement.

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and research competencies.

• Knowledge of hospital workflows and complex healthcare environments.

• Superior communication and presentation abilities.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is essential.
