Associate Resource Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist the Translation and Resourcing teams in executing high-quality translation projects within deadlines.

• Acquire knowledge and implement translation processes, policies, and tools, including Trados Studio.

• Oversee translation projects, which involves file analysis and preparation.

• Distribute prepared project information to translators.

• Reach out to qualified linguistic professionals.

• Utilize best practices and processes to ensure timely project delivery that meets customer quality standards.

• Foster relationships with both internal and external team members.

• Clarify project requirements and provide updates in a timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full Professional Proficiency in English (required).

• A degree in Translation, Languages, Administration, or a related field, or experience in Project Management or Administrative Assistance.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
