Associate Recruitment Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process for a variety of roles, starting from requisition intake to the offer stage.

• Collaborate with hiring managers during structured intake sessions, creating success profiles, and developing hiring strategies.

• Maintain and enhance consistent, structured, and inclusive hiring and interview procedures.

• Utilize Greenhouse ATS to ensure data integrity, visibility of the recruitment pipeline, and accurate reporting.

• Keep workflows, scorecards, and interview materials up to date.

• Develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies.

• Build and maintain both active and passive talent pipelines.

• Collect market insights and conduct competitor analysis.

• Leverage AI, modern sourcing methods, automation, and data insights to boost productivity and enhance funnel efficiency.

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.

• Handle multiple recruitment requisitions effectively, prioritizing tasks to sustain hiring momentum.

• Assist with global Talent Acquisition initiatives such as process enhancements, employer branding, and interview excellence.

• Promote Nozomi Networks’ culture and values throughout the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably within a high-growth, technology-driven environment; global experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with recruiting for Sales and/or Corporate positions.

• Comfortable collaborating with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.

• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred, particularly in reporting, workflows, and supporting stakeholders.

• Knowledge of AI tools in recruitment (sourcing, screening, automation), or a strong desire to learn about them.

• Understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices.

• Capacity to manage multiple searches simultaneously while ensuring quality and speed.

• Data-oriented, with a passion for transforming insights into actionable strategies.

• Highly organized, proactive, and focused on execution.

• Commercially curious, with developing judgment on candidate quality and market trends.

• Comfortable working in a remote setting, with flexibility across various time zones.

• Any experience in Cybersecurity is welcomed; exposure to OT/IoT is a plus but not mandatory.

• Successful candidates must complete background verification checks.
