This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Assist in the coordination of project activities pertaining to owner-furnished equipment (OFE).
• Support vendor relations by facilitating effective communication and monitoring production plans to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Monitor and organize project expenses, schedules, and documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and timely updates.
• Aid in administrative tasks, including data entry across various systems and project tracking tools.
• Establish, manage, track, and communicate project costs, schedules, and documentations.
• Oversee project financial administration, which encompasses requests for proposals, change orders, purchase orders, SOVs, forecasts, cost codes, and invoice reconciliations.
• Create initial submittals and manage project documentation utilizing file-sharing platforms such as Procore and SharePoint.
• Cultivate relationships with OFE vendors, construction teams, contractors, finance/accounting departments, and engineering personnel.
• Contribute to enhancements in the procurement team's processes while fulfilling project requirements.
• Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a business-related domain.
• Fundamental understanding of supply chain processes, preferably within data centers or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Competence with database systems, financial systems, Google Suite, internet research, scheduling programs, and related industry tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more of the time.
• Preferred additional experience in project coordination, construction, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with construction or procurement cost tracking and documentation procedures.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, or project scopes.
• Exposure to data center operations or commissioning processes.
• Understanding of commodity management or production planning concepts.
