This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
β’ Assist in the planning and management of Move/Add/Change (MAC) projects for five corporate office buildings located in New York City.
β’ Oversee projects from the initiation phase through to completion.
β’ Coordinate work from a central on-site location in NYC and travel between client office facilities within the city.
β’ Manage the project budget, schedule, procurement, quality assurance, and risk management.
β’ Handle MAC work-order requests and larger-scale MAC projects that involve multiple trades or minor construction work.
β’ Collaborate with client end users and project requestors to establish project scope and requirements.
β’ Source and supervise vendors, including managing RFPs, obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and overseeing ordering, scheduling, installation, and project closeout.
β’ Work in partnership with Occupancy Managers to ensure accurate data collection and floor-plan details.
β’ Read and interpret real estate project documents, including contracts, leases, work letters, charters, surveys, and drawings.
β’ Develop scopes of work, identify resource needs, create cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and establish quality controls and risk identification measures.
β’ Identify project resources, conduct straightforward RFPs, and perform bid analysis with management support.
β’ Lead project delivery resources while providing guidance and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
β’ Execute communication plans, organize meetings, and prepare written reports and meeting minutes.
β’ Ensure the governance of project documentation, maintain data integrity, and uphold documentation accuracy.
β’ Monitor project progress against objectives, budgets, and timelines, providing status updates and highlighting variances.
β’ Develop action plans and implement change management and risk management routines.
β’ Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship at any time.
β’ A Bachelorβs Degree is preferred, along with 2β5 years of relevant experience.
β’ A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
β’ Experience in Move Management, FF&E, or Occupancy Planning is strongly preferred.
β’ Familiarity with desktop technology and troubleshooting network endpoint connectivity is a plus.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
β’ Knowledge of MS Project is advantageous.
β’ Experience with Excel is required.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills and an inquisitive mindset are essential.
β’ Availability on weekends and after regular hours is required.
