This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer portfolio-level assistance across various teams for programs in both early and late stages of development.

• Keep complex drug development timelines, associated budgets, and long-term forecasts updated within a corporate-wide Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system.

• Ensure consistency in individual program Smartsheet timelines and accurate portfolio reporting.

• Support senior project managers with meeting arrangements, agenda creation, minute-taking, and other project management tasks.

• Track action items and follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely delivery of outputs.

• Assist in creating project status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs for program teams and leadership.

• Provide operational support to Centessa’s portfolio of R&D initiatives.

• Report directly to the Director of Program Management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business, or healthcare field.

• 1–3 years of project management support experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, focusing on cross-functional projects.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Smartsheet.

• Practical experience or familiarity with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system, such as Planisware.

• Strong software skills.

• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Basic knowledge of the complete drug development lifecycle, from Preclinical to Phase 3 and Regulatory submission, e.g., NDA.

• Capability to work effectively across multiple time zones.

• Limited travel expected, with less than 10% for team meetings or workshops.

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is highly preferred.
