This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Deliver high-level administrative assistance to operations, administration, and management for commercial real estate initiatives.
• Create documentation, issue commitments, and generate reports.
• Oversee smaller projects under the guidance of an experienced Project Manager or supervisor.
• Aid in the planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality, and risk management stages.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and coordinated project data, reporting, and documentation.
• Monitor progress against objectives, approved budgets, and timelines; provide status updates and highlight variances.
• Formulate action plans to maintain project schedules and budget compliance.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for Healthcare client needs concerning vacated spaces.
• Liaise with Staffing/HR, patient communications, credentialing, finance, IT, vendors, payor contracting, and business management.
• Assist third-party project delivery teams by tracking performance and coordinating tasks.
• Implement project management best practices and standardized procedures to address routine issues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience required.
• A combination of experience and education may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with MS Project is advantageous.
• Previous experience in AEC, particularly in construction project management, owner's representation, or commercial project management, is preferred.
• Capability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Preferred knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to address moderately complex problems.
• Ability to evaluate potential solutions utilizing technical expertise and apply suitable judgment and precedents.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a curious mindset.
