This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee standard localisation projects, which includes scheduling, coordinating resources, providing quotes, managing budgets, and executing workflows.

• Conduct essential administrative duties and identify potential risks to ensure seamless delivery.

• Act as the primary client contact on a daily basis, with support from senior project managers.

• Offer updates to clients and work closely with cross-functional teams.

• Assist with account initiatives, process enhancements, forecasting, and sharing knowledge within the team.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Generate reports and conduct post-mortem analyses.

• Make sure resources are well briefed and adequately prepared.

• Support compliance and CAPA requirements.

• Operate under the supervision of senior project managers while applying independent judgment.

• Take charge of personal professional development and contribute to the exchange of team knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, ideally in localisation or a related field.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.

• Proficiency in conversational English, at least at a B2 level.

• Developing understanding of localisation project workflows and standard operational practices.

• Excellent and professional communication skills.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Capability to perform under pressure.

• Ability to guide others effectively.

• Proficiency in resolving issues promptly.

• High attention to quality and detail.

• Client-oriented, collaborative, and dependable.

• Proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills and learning processes.

• Familiarity with CAT tools and custom workflows is preferred.

• A relevant four-year degree or equivalent is desirable.
